All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or one night’s room and tax. Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival, or one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card or deposit will be retained. Upon check in, estimated stay is pre-authorized based on length of stay (room charges, taxes & $50/day incidentals). If using a debit card, banks will automatically “hold” the funds as there is no way to authorize those. Reconciliation should occur within 7 business days of final stay. Don’t forget to take advantage of Marriott’s Rewards Program as you receive complimentary internet in your room and will earn points for your stay. Please note our guest check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Every attempt will be made to accommodate those guests arriving prior to 3:00 p.m. Guests who arrive prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of their arrival are subject to an additional night’s room and tax charge (if the room is available). Guests who arrive between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. will be granted access to their guest rooms at no additional charge based on the availability of ready rooms at the time of check-in. The hotel cannot guarantee the availability of ready rooms prior to 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 a.m. We have asked for a later check-out time, but they cannot commit to that at this time. If not available, then they will have a spot for luggage storage.
